Talygen, Inc. ("Talygen") is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in its business practices and strives to collect, use and disclose personal information in a manner consistent with the laws of the countries in which it does business.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any sites or sources under any circumstances. Talygen works hard to ensure that your company will always be protected when it comes to your company's and your personal privacy. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

All transactions made through the Talygen site are 100% secured as our payment gateway is highly secured (with a TLS encryption).

We reserve the right to amend, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time, so we encourage you to review this policy from time to time. Changes to this privacy policy are effective at the time they are posted and your continued use of this site after posting will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by those changes.

Definition

For purposes of this Policy, the following definitions shall apply:

"Agent" means any third party that collects or uses personal information under the instructions of, and solely for, Talygen or to which Talygen discloses personal information for use on Talygen's behalf.

"Talygen" means Talygen Inc. its successors, subsidiaries, divisions and groups in the United States.

"Personal information" means any information or set of information that identifies or is used by or on behalf of Talygen to identify an individual. Personal information does not include information that is encoded or anonymized, or publicly available information that has not been combined with non-public personal information.

"Sensitive personal information" means personal information that reveals race, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, or that concerns health or sex life. In addition, Talygen will treat as sensitive personal information any information received from a third party where that third party treats and identifies the information as sensitive.

Talygen Productivity Suite

Talygen offers, Virtual Desktop, Productivity Suite for Time Tracking and Employee Monitoring Software that helps with effective remote employee management or remote team work monitoring. If subscribed to the package, Organizations can opt to Capture Screenshots, Screen Recording and Webcam Capture (Only if in use) for their employees.

Talygen is committed to protecting critical business data and helping organizations meet their regulatory compliance goals. We believe with a mixture of transparency and admin control, organizations can balance information security and employee rights. With Talygen, organizations can keep their employees accountable for their actions surrounding company data while honoring user privacy.

Choose Who + What your Organization Records

Talygen allows administrators to control who and what they can record. The software offers the choice of recording screen, capturing screenshot or capturing webcam (only if in use). For example, administrators can choose to record activity only for selected user(s), project(s). Administrators can also allow users to preview their screenshots and discard them.

Lastly, Talygen allows for turning off monitoring by pausing or stopping the time track for breaks etc. This feature only works when using Talygen Desktop App. It is totally up to the organization to use and implement this feature for their organization. If opted, they are solely responsible to educate and inform all of their employees about the functionality.

Minors

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use Talygen and we do not intentionally collect or maintain Personal Information from those who are under 13 years old. If we obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove that user's Personal Information permanently from our databases. By using Talygen, you are representing that you are at least 18 years old. If a parent or guardian of the children under 13 years of age comes to know that their children are using Talygen, please Contact us immediately. We will make sure that the account is deactivated and data is removed from our records.

Choice

Customer can opt out/deactivate the account by going to the profile page and send the request for the account deactivation. The account will be deactivated by the end of the subscription month. The customer information will be purged after 90 days.

Cookies

Talygen stores cookies. A cookie is a small data file on your computer’s hard disk, saved by Talygen for record purposes. First, Talygen utilize persistent cookies to save your login id for future logins to the Site. Second, Talygen utilize session ID cookies to enable certain features of the Site. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of the Site or all functionality of the Service.

Dispute Resolution

Talygen will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes in accordance with the principles contained in the Privacy Policy and other posted corporate policies.

Your Choices

Access, Correction, Deletion

We respect your privacy rights and provide you with reasonable access to the Personal Data that you may have provided through your use of the Services. If you wish to access or amend any other Personal Data we hold about you, or to request that we delete any information about you that we have obtained from our application, you may contact your supervisor. Or you may contact us directly and at your request, we will have any reference to you deleted or blocked in our database as long as it does not breach your company's rules and regulations.

You may update, correct, or delete your Account information and preferences at any time by accessing your Account settings page (for active accounts) on the Service.

Please note that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain all information you submit for audit, prevention of fraud and abuse, and satisfaction of legal obligations or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so. You may decline to share certain Personal Data with us in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality of the Service.

At Talygen we take your privacy seriously and the personal logging details you provide are used only to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested.

Cross-border Transfer of Data

If you are visiting the Services from outside the United States of America, please be aware that you are sending information (including Personal Data) to the United States of America where our servers are located, across a 256-bit encrypted secure connection. Our storage and use of your Personal Data will at all times continue to be governed by our Privacy Policy.

Information that you provide to us

For any information you provide to us by filling in the forms on our web application; this includes information you provide when you register for an account which may include your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and information about yourself to enable us to cleanly setup your account for use of our services. By providing us with this information, you expressly consent to our use of your provided personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Location Tracking Information

When using the Talygen mobile app, we use location tracking for several of our modules such as Field Service Management and Asset Management.
If you give us permission, we will collect your precise geolocation (latitude & longitude) through various means, depending on the service and device you are using, including GPS, Bluetooth, or wi-fi connections. The collection of your geolocation may occur in the background even when you aren't actively using our application if the permission you give us expressly permits such collection. If you decline or withdraw permission for us to collect your geolocation, we will not collect it, but this will result in our application services not functioning correctly.
